Summer Camp Updated Schedule & Deadlines

With summer camp only 2 weeks away, we wanted to share the updated schedule and a few reminders:

Schedule: Here is the schedule as of July 10th. Any changes that may occur while we are at camp will be posted on the schedule located outside the dojo (ballroom) at the hotel.

Registration: Summer camp registration is still open! You can register for full-week, dinners, banquet and day fees, as well as reserve a hotel room at the discounted rate. Please make sure to register as soon as possible.

Deadlines:

Dinners: The deadline to purchase dinners and the banquet (either in the full-week package or individually) is Tuesday July 21st. No on-site meal purchases will be available.

Full week packages: There is no deadline to purchase full week aikido. However, the option to purchase full week with dinners ends on Tuesday, July 21st.

Discounted hotel rooms: A few rooms at the USAF discounted rate are still available. If you are not able to access them via the hotel portal, please contact us directly and we will help you with the process while the rooms remain available.

Day Passes: There is no deadline to purchase day passes. If you plan on registering as a day participant, same day registration is fine, but we strongly encourage you to register on-line before arriving at camp.

Please know, more information will be forthcoming, including laundry service details, grab-and-go lunch options, etc.
