Summer Camp Update - June 19th

This coming Tuesday, June 23rd, is the last and final day to reserve your hotel room at the USAF discounted rate through the hotel portal.
To reserve your discounted room before the deadline, you will first need to register for camp, using the link below. You will then receive an email with a link to the group portal to reserve your room.
If you have already registered for camp but have not yet reserved your room through the portal, please do so before the end of the day Tuesday.
Please know, you will still be able to register for camp after June 23rd (aikido/dinners/banquet/day passes), using the same link. If you would like to book a room after the 23rd, please contact the hotel directly Seaview Hotel.
Important Cancellation Information
Hotel Cancellations: Any room changes or cancellations to your hotel room must be handled directly with the hotel. Check the Seaview Hotel website for their policy details.
Camp Cancellations: Any cancellations within one week prior to camp are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation due to an emergency, then partial refunds may be applied.
