THE HOTEL HAS EXTENDED THE DEADLINE TO RESERVE A ROOM AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE THROUGH TUESDAY, JULY 4TH. COME JOIN US FOR GREAT TRAINING AND A RELAXING TIME BY THIS BEAUTIFUL POOL!

After July 4th, you will need to book directly with the hotel (not through the portal) and you will pay the prevailing rate(s).

To reserve your room through the hotel portal, you will first need to register for camp.

After July 4th, you will still be able to register for camp online (including to purchase day passes and the banquet).

Cancellations made after Tuesday, June 27th:

Please know cancellations of your camp purchases after the DEADLINE date of Tuesday, June 27th are non-refundable. Partial refunds due to an emergency will be considered (contact Laura or Karen).
