Some interesting facts about Chris:

Chris began studying Aikido in Los Angeles in 1987 under Kensho Furuya Sensei.

She was introduced to Aikido through her boyfriend who was practicing at the time.

Chris became the Chief Instructor of her dojo in 2003.
Tell us something about yourself/profession/background:
When I am not at the dojo, I am literally herding kittens.

We have classes 4 days per week
There are 6 classes available per week
We have a children's program starting at 7 years old.
